Bowen a new wave rock act from London. Fronted by South London singer-songwriter Neve Bowen, taking her sad girl sound and turbocharging it into a New Wave band. The band came together after meeting at Reading Festival and with a shared love of bands from the late 70s, that they should be too young to have ever heard of!
