During lockdown, clarinettist & composer Emma Johnson MBE wrote a clarinet concerto entitled Tree of Life, which was inspired by a need to express something in music about the climate crisis. Composed of highly expert, sought-after players, the orchestra aims to give concerts of the highest possible standard to highlight the wonders of nature and the need to take action to combat climate change.
